5 days after Las Vegas massacre many questions remain, few answers – WABC

The investigation into what drove Stephen Paddock to open fire on a music festival in Las Vegas on Sunday is into its fifth day, with ever-mounting questions and few answers.

Paddock, the lone suspect according to Las Vegas police, killed himself in the hotel suite he had rented on the 32nd floor of the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino as police closed in on his location. With Paddock’s death, any clear answer for why he opened fire on the festival and killed 58 people and wounded 489 others may be lost.

Clark County Sheriff Joseph Lombardo, the public face of the investigation, has had few answers for why Paddock committed the crime. Authorities did not hold a press conference on Thursday, the first day since Sunday that one wasn’t held.

By Friday, although investigators had followed a thousand leads, there was still “no clear motive or reason why” Paddock carried out the mass

‘Criminal Minds’: Is Hotch returning to the BAU after Mr. Scratch’s demise?

#Thomas Gibson has been one of biggest foundations on CBS’ police procedural series, #Criminal Minds since it originally premiered in 2005. Unfortunately, the actor had a dispute with one of the show’s writers on an episode he was directing that led to his termination. He later issued a public apology and explained that their disagreement was due to their “creative differences.” Apparently, the incident broke the hearts of his fans who filed a petition, hoping to get him back on the show. Season 13 premiere had touched Aaron “Hotch” Hotchner’s story that put a closure to most fans’ desire to see him again.

Why the ‘Criminal Minds’ Season 13 Premiere Took the Easy Way out After the Car Crash Cliffhanger

Criminal Minds ended season 12 with six members of the BAU — JJ, Prentiss, Rossi, Tara, Luke and Stephen — in a car crash, thanks to a trap set by Mr. Scratch, and not all of them survived. With a cliffhanger like that, in which most of the cast is put into a life-threatening situation, there have to be some sort of consequences. But were there enough?

Yes, the Team Lost a Member, But …

Picking up right where the finale left off, the premiere immediately let us know who survived, who was injured and who was missing after the truck barreled into the two SUVs. Stephen was dead. JJ, Rossi and Tara were injured. Luke was moving around well enough that we never see him needing any medical assistance. And Prentiss was missing.

Over the summer, it was announced that Damon Gupton would not be returning as Stephen Walker,

The Cases James Fitzgerald Worked On After The Unabomber Show That His Skills Were In High Demand

What is it about the crimes of the 1990s that seem to interesting to us in the 2010s? It could be nostalgia, or it could be that some of the cases were truly crazy, but events following the O.J. The latest, Discovery’s Manhunt: Unabomber, focuses on the latter of that group, with Sam Worthington playing FBI agent and profiler James “Fitz” Fitzgerald as he tries to find elusive Unabomber Ted Kaczynski. The series talks a bit about how prolific Fitz was in his ability to profile this case, but it’s far from his only achievement.
