When Iowans are searching for a good Netflix show, they must want to sit on the edge of their seats.
“Mindhunter,” the thriller series about the nascent years of criminal profiling, was the show Iowans were most interested in streaming last year, according to data from HighSpeedInternet.com, a site that tracks Internet habits.

There is a new chief deputy in town.
Morgan County Sheriff Robert Markley announced Monday that he had hired Bostwick’s Keith Howard to be the new chief deputy at the Morgan County Sheriff’s Office.
Howard ostensibly is filling a slot left vacant by former Capt. Chris Bish, who recently accepted a state position with the Georgia Department of Corrections.
Howard, who also serves as a member of the Morgan County Board of Education, comes to the department with a vast knowledge in both law enforcement and administration. For the past 16 months Howard has served as an inspector with the Georgia Board of Regents to bring uniformity to college police forces.
“My task as an inspector was to implement their recommendations,” he says.
